At Image Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade skincare routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
